My whole working career has been in healthcare. From starting off as a CNA to working medical records, business office manager, assistant Administrator, Post Acute Director to accepting the Executive Director Position here at Skyline.

 My passion has always been our senior community. I’m very excited to work with the Skyline Team and residents to bring back the grandma’s house feel.

 On my down time my family and I love to camp, spend time on the water, and travel as much as possible.

After starting in the Hospitality industry in 2009 as a Spa receptionist, to simply buy a Saab, I ended up spending 12 years in the industry between Reno and Northern California. Concluding my hospitality experience as a Spa Director.

I found my passion in working with Senior population after taking care of my great uncle & grandmother. After a short time in the industry, I then found my “true calling” for Human Resources and finance.

In my free time, I enjoy getting to the lake, cooking, reading, or simply staying in. As the oldest of 3, I also enjoy spending time with my siblings as well as my niece and nephew.

I am excited to be a part of the Skyline Estates family as residents and their family my are top priority.

With a foundation in medical management that began in 2009 while serving in the U.S. Army in a hospital setting, I have over 15 years of combined leadership and healthcare experience that I bring to Skyline Estates Senior Living. After my military service, I transitioned into upper management within the restaurant industry, gaining valuable operational and leadership skills. However, my true passion for helping others led me back to the medical field, where I worked in various hospital roles before discovering my true calling in senior living more than five years ago.

For the past three years as a Wellness Director, I have dedicated myself to improving the quality of life for seniors through compassionate, person-centered care. I hold numerous trainings and certifications in senior wellness, with a special focus on Alzheimer’s and dementia care, and I take pride in mentoring care teams to deliver exceptional service every day.

Outside of work, I enjoy fishing, camping, spending days at the river, and making memories with my fiancée and children. I feel truly fortunate to serve the residents of Skyline Estates and to make a meaningful difference in their lives each day.
